Conejo Fall Trail Work Day on the Wishbone Trail: October 19, 2024!

Published by Steve Clark on

We’ll be working on the west fork of the Wishbone Trail, clearing out weeds and improving the tread. At noon, a taco lunch will be provided for the volunteers, and there will be lots of swag to give away. Please register in advance so we know how many people to prepare for!

Arrive at 7:30 am to register and be ready to head up the trail at 8:00. A free lunch of tacos will be provided at noon for volunteers.

Work tools will be provided, as well as instructions on how to use them safely and effectively. No experience is needed: You work at whatever rate you’re comfortable with and take breaks as you like.

Wear sturdy hiking boots with good lugs, long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, sunglasses, sunblock, and a hat. Bring water, snacks and, if you have them, work gloves.

Parents/guardians are responsible for minors at all times. Children must be over 7-years-old to attend. Be prepared to supervise children between 8 and 14 years of age. Please leave your 4-legged friends at home.

Get directions to the staging area with Google Maps.
