The November 6th Where in the Conejo Contest photo was of the Bear Grass Trail
Congratulations to David Dawson of Thousand Oaks who provided the correct answer and was selected as the winner. Thanks to all who responded!
The Bear Grass Trail is in Oakbrook Regional Park in the north-east corner of Thousand Oaks. The trail starts in a gated community at the west end and climbs to the Oakbrook Vista Trail. It was one of the featured trails in this year’s Conejo Open Space Challenge.
We don’t know who placed the rocks down the center of the trail, nor why they did it. If you know why, we’d love to hear from you!
