COSCA May Trail Work Day will be May 16 in Wildwood!

The Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) May trail work day, with support from COSF, will take place in Wildwood Park on the Eagle Point Trail on Saturday, May 16.
According to Ranger Joe, it’s really overgrown and will take a lot of work to fix it up. The improvement will be really satisfying to all the volunteers who help out! Most of the work will be trimming, grubbing and raking. This trail is steep in places, has lots of thistle and some poison oak, so it’s going to be a fun challenging event!
Please meet at main Wildwood Parking lot, 928 West Avenida De Los Arboles at Big Sky Drive. We will hike in from there to the worksite at Eagle Point trailhead, about 1.5 miles. The work day will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Snacks and beverages will be provided but selections may be limited. The event is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or lack of attendance.
For questions, please contact Ranger Joe Neary: jneary@crpd.org. Registration will only be available until the event is full; please sign up at CRPD’s website, www.crpd.org/COSCA. (You will need to create a profile if you haven’t previously done so.) The event is subject to cancellation based on weather conditions or lack of attendance.
