Native Plantpalooza & Eco Fest is back for 2025, bigger and better than ever

Native Plantpalooza & Eco Fest is returning for a fourth year! Please join COSF for free annual educational festival featuring dozens of eco-related exhibitors and fun activities for kids. The community event will be held rain or shine on Saturday, October 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lakeside, Conejo Creek North Park, in Thousand Oaks.

Get your questions answered about fire-resistant, water-wise, native-plant gardening and landscaping, learn how to fight climate change and find tips on living more sustainably—all completely free of charge! Chendo’s Tacos will be on hand with food and drink for purchase.

The festival’s 35+ exhibitors include honeybee expert Byron Levy, the UCCE Master Gardener Pollinator Team, the Theodore Payne Foundation and many more, including:

Kids can learn about plants and animals and what they can do to help the environment. Exhibitors will be selling native plants and other garden-related goodies. There’ll be freebies, activities for kids, and swag, too!

Plus, if you donate to support COSF when you register, you’ll get a free drought-tolerant native plant to take home! You can pick up your plant at the COSF booth where you can also enter to win fun prizes.
