Eagle Scout Project – Denver Simmons

Published by Steve Clark on

Denver Simmons of Camarillo Boy Scout Troop 225 chose to make improvements in the Conejo open space for his Eagle Scout project. Working with COSCA Ranger Supervisor Bruce Pace, Denver planned and managed the installation of a bench on Lynnmere trail in Wildwood Park. Denver’s troop under the direction of Scout Leader Steve Rhods and COSCA rangers did the work on a recent Saturday. The Scouts also did trail repair the same day, removing aging water bars and smoothing the trail bed.

Thank you, Denver! Your efforts are much appreciated and will be enjoyed by trail users for many years to come.
